Wording of the Prophecy (WAS Re: Harry Vanquishing LV without killing him.)

Quite simply it does not. It states that the one with the power to 
defeat the Dark Lord approaches.

Even though this adds little to the discussion the quoted writer was 
so wrong that this had to be pointed out.
