  Do you actually expect the MoM to take action on that? Come on, in HBP the only thing they do is keep up appearances and go after Dumbledore(try to know what he's doing). Scrimgeour maybe better than Fudge but I don't see any evidence on that as he's actually doing the same mistakes, Fudge had done before. The only thing that counts on them is authority/power. Scrimgeour wants Harry to help them boost their morale(more of ego to me) but he wasn't willing meet him half way,to release the innocent(Stan). It's same o', same o' with MoM whoever the new minister would be except if it would be DD, then you'll see results.
