Burrow Wedding

Not having the time to data-mine the many web-sites and posts I am 
just wondering if anyone knows why the Fleur/Bill wedding is taking 
place at the Burrow?  Surely Fleur would prefer to have it in her 
home town; in her own home?  Lets face it, the Weasley homestead is 
not much to look at, and although it is perfect for Harry, does not 
seem to be the ideal place for the wedding--especially with You-know-
Who and The Death-Eaters running around.
