Oh I agree Ginny could be Minister of Magic because of her talents, 
but I think she is too much like Fred & George to want to jump 
through the hoops to get there.  Maybe if she does end up married 
to Harry she can skip all the junior minister stuff and jump right 
to the top.  After all, who could stop the Girl-Who-Married-The-Boy-Who-Lived?
