Okay, so being creative, how about Professor Quirell, Sirius, Mrs.
Lovegood & Dumbledore come back through the veil? (Here I am using
the theory that Snape blasted Dumbledore off the tower with a weak
and unmeant AK, letting him die from the fall.)

My stretch of the imagination theory has people who died untimely
any other way than with AK can come back through the veil in the DoM
if they are released and Dumbledore passed this info to Snape.

(Playing devil's advocate for some good debate ; ) so please argue with
this one!)
