Tonks:
Of course, this means that everything will have to take place before 
Slughorn gets a chance to sell the venom. So Slughorn, Snape and maybe 
Hermione will know what it is used for and how to use it. 

Does anyone here know of any RL counterpart as far as spider venom and 
snakes?  Or anyone know what RL spider venom could be used for and have 
an idea how this might translate to the WW?
