What's wrong with dictionary definitions? They can come in handy 
when you try to make sense of tricky terms. As for muggle baiting's 
being *art* I'd say it's too noble a word for such disgusting tricks 
as "regurgitating toilets". And the twins' *humour* more often than 
not is of the same toilet variety.
