DD does not need an invisibility cloak to be invisible. And he does 
not need a horcrux to return. He is not bound to the earth like LV. 
He is really dead.  For a true resurrection, the person needs to be 
truly dead. We will see DD again. Not till the end, but He will 
return in all the glory that is a true Phoenix.
