I seriously doubt that. Even supposing that they'd know how to
reverse the jinx, they'd still look ridiculous and disgusting with a
swollen tongue falling from their mouths and drooling all over the
place. Not many teenagers would want to be seen in such a state.

You may be right. In fact, I'd say it's a fairly reasonable
assumption to make. It does not, however, make it all right for the
twins to use magic for hurting and humiliating muggles. Success is
not a yardstick when it comes to ethical issues.
