This scenario put me in mind of Douglas Adams...  I'm imagining that
Sirius Black is Agrajag, who finally realizes that that it's not
Arthur Dent, but Bellatrix Lestrange who keeps getting him killed...
And so he is reincarnated to exact revenge at last... :)
