I dunno.  I think Voldemort will go wherever he thinks Harry is,
whenever he thinks Harry is vulnerable.  Some people have argued in
other threads that the final battle won't be at the MoM (because we've
already seen a battle there), but Voldemort would go to the MoM if
Harry is the lure.  That, to me, is a key element: Harry will lure
Voldemort to the place of Harry's choosing.
