Admittingly, she doesn't say outright that there will be a new DADA 
teacher for book 7, and it is dangerous to take her too literal in 
her interviews, but at least that's how it sounds to me.
 
Hickengruendler, who would love to see Percy as a new teacher and his 
interaction with the students (particularly Ginny)
