I am reluctantly thinking that she may have decided that she cannot get
Snape out of the Unbreakable Vow. In that case it is probably Snape and
Draco who die.  Boo hoo.
Possibly, Ron has been saved.

You can download the video from muggle net.  In the interview, she says it
was some minor plot points that boxed her in, not one of the major points.
Whew!  much as I dislike the unbreakable vow, I don't think that was the
thing that boxed her in.
