  It's been brought up. Just not recently. And it is the reason I can't believe there is any doubt about DD and Snape on the tower. But *shrug* there you are. I'm glad you pointed it out again. Personally, I think it is exactly there for the purpose of this moment(Snape and DD on the tower). Forshadowing, 5 books ahead of time.
