Dear Pippin,
I don't think it would be that hard for Sirius to get in; after all,
he was one of the four that wrote the map. He probably used the
passage from Honeydukes because it leads right into Hogwarts castle.
And from there it wouldn't be too hard for someone who is familar
with the castle to move around almost undetected.
