are concerned*. I did not question his flying skills. Or courage.

obstacles out of your way.  I Stunned Fleur Delacour as she passed.  
I put the Im-perius Curse on Krum, so that he would finish Diggory 
and leave your path to the cup clear."

It wasn't judgment at all. It was statement of the fact. Harry never 
solved a single problem on his own. Well, except for the Sphinx.
