You might be right about this. Did you notice that Snape's feelings in
the tower scene and Harry's in the cave (when he has to force-feed DD
that horrible potion) are described almost in the same words?
Snape: "...there was revulsion and hatred..."
Harry: "Hating himself, repulsed by what he was doing..."
But I think it's possible that Snape just hates DD for what DD makes
him do.
