As we have a precedent that wizards indeed have legal wills, I have been
wondering what Dumbledore's will might contain and how Dumbledore might
possibly continue to assist Harry "beyond the grave."
In HBP, we saw how memories can be "bottled" and played in the Pensieve.
Considering that Dumbledore knew that his death was imminent, could he
possibly have stored memories that may be able to help Harry in his quest in
Book 7? If Dumbledore had saved additional memories, other than the ones
he's already shown to Harry, and left those and the Pensieve to Harry in his
will, this could prove a valuable tool for Harry as he hunts down the
horcruxes.
I also strongly suspect that there is a phoenix for Harry in Book 7 as well.
