HBP and COS

Hi Folks,

This may have already been discussed, but I'm new, and thought I'd find 
Jo's "super-bright fans" here!

On her website, Jo says when referring to the title of HBP:
"I was delighted to see that a hard core of super-bright fans knew that 
the real title was once, in the long distant past, a possibility 
for 'Chamber of Secrets'"

....I don't get it.  Can y'all help?
