I think you would agree that there are many examples of Ron not acting 
in a manner which would be considered "nice" (see Luna's comment that 
he can be rather unkind at times).  I'd have a hard time 
characterizing Sirius as "nice".  Both however are 
unquestionably "good".  I think that "nice" goes to demeanor and how 
one treats others, important certainly but distinct and independent 
from "good / evil".
