Erm, when did Harry use an Unforgivable in that scuffle?  As nasty 
as 'sectumsempra' is, it isn't an Unforgivable.  Now, DRACO *tried* 
to use the Cruciatus curse on Harry, but we don't know if *attempted* 
use of an Unforgivable is a crime.
