And, in one of the later books, she gets hit with an engorgement charm in 
the face, and then sees Madame Pomfrey in the hospital wing. She shrinks 
Hermione's teeth so that they were "just slightly smaller than their normal 
size". Hermione said her parents were dentists, and planning on putting her 
in braces. Harry and Ron noticed her teeth and commented on their new look.
