Someone else brought up a great point about Dumbledore being dead.  
JKR has made it clear that 'DUMBLEDORE' is dead.  Someone else in 
one of the groups said - Yeah, but...which Dumbledore?

There's a thought.  I know there were several times when I felt that 
Dumbledore wasn't himself in HBP.  I kept trying to figure out what 
was going on, but couldn't put my finger on it. If Dumbledore's 
brother was helping him out, and taking polyjuice potion to 'become' 
his brother when needed...then 'out' Dumbledore may still be alive.
