I do not think that DD knows parseltongue. If you remember in
Chamber of Secrets, Harry speaks parseltongue and doesn't even know
it. In his mind he is speaking English. Also he thinks in English to
open the Chamber of Secrets. Then when he spoke, it was parseltongue.
If that is the case, then when DD probed Morfin's mind, he would see
everything in English instead of parseltongue.

Also if the person thinks in English, then it would fit how DD was
acting when he asked Harry if he could understand Morfin. Since DD
already probed Morfin's mind, he would already know what happened and
what was said.
