Interesting point, but I'm going to make this observation. The only evidence that we have that anyone took the Felix Felis is Ginny dancing while Amycus is thowin crucio curses at her. (By the way is this a flint? I don't remember the crucio curse being something you can dodge in any of the other books. It doesn't seem to be a 'beam' curse anywhere but here that I can remember.)

There is no direct evidence that say Ron and Hermione or Neville or Luna took the potion. In fact since Neville it really seems Neville didn't since he was injured. 

In fact it would be very much in char for Ron and Hermione to refuse it use in order to save it for Harry. Most likely they tricked Ginny into thinking that the rest of them took it. Maybe they just had either Ginny take it.
