Cliff here:

The simple reason is that because LV became human again using Haryy's
blood, maybe DD thinks that LV is also no longer imortal. DD couldn't
identify all of the horcruxes and the triumph may mean that they don't
all have to be destroyed to kill LV. Speculation.
