=============================
IIRC, there are no male veela (wila, in Slavic myth, vilia in Celtic).
There are also no female centaurs in mythology (STAR TREK convention costumes
notwithstanding). Both mythological races reproduced by breeding with humans of
the, erm, appropriate gender. (Though in some myths, the "Willies" are
spirits of young girls who die before their wedding day - cf. Giselle).
