I just don't see Harry dying in the book. And you ask
after V dies what will Harry have left to do. Two
things come to mind. The first being the kid has
suffered enough through his first 16+ years (will be
17 by the time the book ends) that doesn't he deserve
to live and have some happiness in his life? The
second being in order for good to exist, evil must
also exist. They balance each other out. There will
be someone to take V's place, maybe not now but in the
future. There will always be dark wizards & there
will always be a need for someone to fight them.
Harry would be the absolute best person to teach the
youngsters how to do this.
Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
