montims:  I understand now what you were saying, and I'm not arguing with
you, but when we first meet Hermione, on the train, she knows all about
Harry from reading about him being AK'd in various modern history books.
And the words to the Avada Kadavra spell are precisely that, surely - all
you need are the words and the intent.
