well, that depends on what you mean by "use" - he certainly knows how to
enter a memory (although he needs someone up top to pull him back out again,
it seems).  But does he know how to extract a memory and place it in the
pensieve?  I guess Hermione could read up on this for him, but it
appears quite a complex non-verbal spell to this muggle!
