Welcome! Don't worry, everything is rehashed here.
Back to Eileen... perhaps she lost her witchiness due to love loss the
same as Merope lost her magic in book six, (the scene with the
emotional abuse takes place in the 5th book during Occulemecy
lessons). Or maybe she just turned away from it.
