Eddie:
Yes, absolutely.  As part of my speculations for Book 7 (see
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HPforGrownups/message/159477), I think
Dobby and Winky will marry and become Harry's and Ginny's houseelves
--- assuming they all survive.
