Vernon's odd behavior

The Dursleys hiding out at Grimauld Place and having to cope with 
screaming portraits, Doxies and other messy whatevers. Oh what fun 
that chapter would be to write, and we know Jo relishes her writing..! 

But could Muggles get into a Secret-Keeper protected property?
