Zero Irregardless:
    If Harry is a Horcrux, he would very likely be the first
person to pass through the Veil with more than 1.0 soul. (One and
one-seventh of a soul, perhaps.)  The fact that no one before had
returned from Beyond the Veil, would not necessarily apply.

    If the murmurs that Harry and Luna hear are in fact the voices
of the departed, as Luna says, then *something* can pass through the
Veil backwards. Sound, at least. Perhaps whole people can pass back,
but it requires a toll, with souls the coinage. The reason no one
has returned, is that no one would choose to leave their soul behind.

    But Harry might have some spare change....
