Orna:
Actually – he has to be approachable – because he wants new young 
worshipping Des. In CoS Riddle is "patient" enough to listen to 
Ginny's endless boring stories only because his experience has told 
him, that in the end it might prove useful for him. So I think there 
must be  ways to approach him, which youngsters who are keen on it 
would be able to find. But it might technically work the way you 
suggested – that it went through Bellatrix.
