Wondering why he wants to know that?  Do you have a furry little 
problem? Are you hiding out somewhere?

grounds.

Tonks:
I think it is in part of the security charms that are around 
Hogwarts. Not being able to apparate in or out, etc. and no 
electronics devices is because of all the security that is around 
the grounds.  Also I like the fact that there are no electronics 
there, it takes them back in time to a simpler time.
