zgirnius:
The testimony of reliable eyewitnesses, including current and former
employees of the Auror Office as to why he was at the Ministry at
all, and what he was doing there when he was killed by a Death Eater,
perhaps?

Also, more importantly, Harry's stock went up sharply after OotP. His
claims that Peter Pettigrew (Sirius's most famous alleged victim) was
not dead at all, and further, personally involved in the murder of
Cedric Diggory and restoration of Lord Voldemort to his body, might
have gotten a second look once it was no longer feasible to deny
Voldemort was back at all.
