I was just thinking about the threads concerning the Fidelius Charm.
We've often questioned on here about the fact that DD wrote to Harry, I
mean, wrote a note with the location of Grimauld place. Didn't Harry have
to think about what he'd just read and to memorize it? I'm sure someone
long before me has thought of this one, but could it be that if someone not
intended for the secret were to see it written down, they would not be able
to read it or remember it? Maybe, it would be blank like the Marauder's
Map? after all, what if Moody--wasn't it moody who gave Harry the paper in
OOTP--what if he was captured en route? There would have to be a way to
protect that information from being seen by those who were not supposed to
know the secret.
