Well, I am not sure why it should be one POV or another. You know? 
Whatever you like best:) If you prefer to view WW as totally 
different world with different set of morals, that is your right and 
prerogative. I do not do that, as I said several times, I see enough 
similarities in WW with our own , that I view it as a reflection of 
ours with morales close enough to us, or what is most importantly I 
believe ( and I can be wrong of course) that this is JKR's take on 
it, that whatever problems WW faces is often enough what we are 
facing.

So, to answer your question, even though there are elements of WW 
that can only be viewed in its own right ( those that are purely 
magical, fantasy induced IMO), I mostly cringe when I read about 
another injustice done to Harry and everybody else. I mean I enjoy 
it, but do compare it with RL :)
