Two points.
Strictly speaking, it's Harry who sees Snape in the Foe Glass. Snape
only looks at it once. The Snape in the glass is mentioned several
times. (from memory)
Harry sees DD, Snape and McGongall. I don't think (but am not sure)
that Snape ever appears alone in the glass. The three images in the
glass are not mirroring the actions of the three professors.
I don't think it indicates that Snape is his own enemy, and I'm taking
it to mean that everyone would see the same thing if they looked at the
same time. For that moment at least, Snape, McGonagall and DD were
Crouch's enemies.
