I think it's very unlikely.  The horcruxes are bits of Voldemort/Tom's soul;  the lack of soul within Voldemort is what makes his appearance less than human.  Destroying the Horcruxes will not change this.  If you could get the soul bits back into Voldemort's body, there might be a chance that Voldemort could change back to a more Tom Riddle-ish form.

I think there is a chance more of Tom Riddle's true self could re-emerge from Voldemort if he could get control from his narcissistic false self, Lord Voldemort, but it seems to be not related to Horcrux destruction.
