Surely, you jest.  These three factors are guaranteed to enhance, not 
diminish, the effectiveness of rampant teenage hormones.

As with other key events in the books, just because HP doesn't notice 
it, doesn't mean it never happened.  IMO, if nothing happened between 
HG & RW in the forest, it is indeed proof that they really DID live 
in a magical fantasy world!
