I won't speak for anyone else on this, but, for me, I had no issue with 
the morality of Molly's action. My objection to the passage is what 
someone else here (I've forgotten who -- was is va32h?) observed. That 
the whole scene just felt tailor-made for the movie; it was the style of 
the passage that grated. Another example would be Harry's "Whaddya know 
-- you really DO need to mean it?" It just FEELS like a movie punchline.

Again, this is mostly a personal taste issue, but I just had the feeling 
the book was consciously aiming for that "You go girl!" reaction.
