But damn near every English speaker in and out of puberty knows what
the 'eff' (I slay me) means. It's used instead of using the whole
effing word (tearing up), a word used in all English speaking
countries.
Hey Canada, do you use 'bloody' in your everyday usage? I'm guessing
'no', but then I'm American.
I think readers can pick up what 'bloody' means.
"That bloody dillweed!" Here used as an adjective describing annoyance.
"I'll bloody kick that bum." An an adverb that seems to mean 'really':
And of course 'Bloody hell', which seems to mean ' wtf '.
