I believe Hickengruendler was referring to Eileen Snape, not Andromena
Tonks, in the case of being bullied. Snape's parents seemed to be
always arguing and we have that scene in the Pensive where a man is
towering over a cowering woman - which I had always believed to be
Tobias Snape & Eileen Snape.
