Also, remember from the Order of the Phoenix, that her family, (and Harry), dying is her worst fear - it's what the Boggart becomes for her at Grimmauld Place.  

The adrenaline may have worn off, and she may be "Mollywobbles", but she's already lost two brothers - in the first fight - and a son. I suspect that she would carry on until she literally dropped from exhaustion, because she cannot imagine anything worse than what will happen if she doesn't.

She would be fighting on pure emotion - "not my daughter, you bitch" - to save her loved ones.
