I agree with that.  When Harry saw Snape's thoughts in the Pensive and how in love with Lily he was, it really changed my veiws about Snape.  I mean, with the way he's treated Harry over the years, who would've thought that Snape actually cared for Harry and his family. I was absolutly dumbfounded when I found out what was really in Snapes mind.
