No, we don't know. I think it was just before Trelawney started 
teaching. So summer/fall. Harry would have been conceived on-or-about 
Halloween. So, no, Snape would not have any reason to expect the 
prophecy had anything to do with the Potters. Not even DD would know 
who the prophecy was about (if my time line is correct.)
