Rose & Hugo, was Re: Ron's Kids names

Someone--I'm not sure--suggested that Hugo was after the French 
writer VICTOR Hugo (an allusion to Krum) and Rose was to Mme. 
ROSEmerta. But I like the idea of Ron deciding to bring in new 
names because he was sick of hand-me-downs.
