Depending on if you think the "Cosmic Balance (of Good vs. Evil)" 
mythos applies to Potterdom or not, may affect if a new Dark Wizard 
of Voldie's stature will arise or not. Under Cosmic Balance, Harry's 
existence and power (as the representative of Good) will cause an 
Evil to arise to "balance" him (just as he arose to balance Voldie).
